Building software for a city that doesn't exist yet — at a scale and ambition never attempted before.
NEOM is a $500 billion megaproject funded by Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund — the centrepiece of Saudi Vision 2030. At its heart is THE LINE: a 170km-long linear city with no roads, no cars, and zero carbon emissions, powered entirely by renewable energy and designed for nine million residents.
Lasting Dynamics won a competitive tender to become an authorized technology partner and supplier — tasked with developing software solutions across NEOM's 14 sectors, including mobility, healthcare, education, energy, tourism, entertainment, and technology & digital.
THE LINE reimagines everything about how cities work — walkable communities where every daily essential is within a 5-minute walk, high-speed rail with end-to-end transit in 20 minutes, and cognitive city infrastructure that predicts and reacts to residents' needs. Building software for this vision demands next-generation architecture at unprecedented scale.
