Entrepreneur · Engineer · Operator
Builder. Operator.Innovator.
Entrepreneur, software engineer, and serial company builder. I've spent over two decades turning lines of code into companies, products, and partnerships that span three continents. This is my story — from the very first line.

Age 14 — 21
The Early Days
I wrote my first lines of code at 14. In my first year of high school I'd ask for permission to go online — officially to play games, in reality to teach myself HTML and ASP. While my classmates were studying the textbook, I was already building things. That curiosity never went away — it just scaled.
By 18 I had already launched real projects — including online MMORPG videogames built with friends: persistent worlds, player economies, server-side game logic. It wasn't a career yet, but the instinct was already there — the urge to create systems that people actually use.
I studied Computer Science at Università Federico II in Naples — one of the oldest universities in the world — while freelancing on the side, learning everything the classroom couldn't teach me: clients, deadlines, real-world deployments.
2012 — 2014
The Freelance Era
At 22 I opened my partita IVA and went all in as a freelance full-stack developer. I joined Freelancer.com and, within months, climbed to the global top 10 and #1 in Italy — a position I held for years. Every five-star review was earned the same way: delivering more than what was promised.
I built for clients in Denmark, the USA, Norway, and Italy. Every project was end-to-end: requirements gathering, graphic prototypes, full-stack development, and deployment on servers I configured and secured myself. I've always been obsessive about details — quality was never a feature, it was the foundation.
In 2013 I founded Lasting Dynamics. No investors. No safety net. Just the conviction that if I treated every client's problem as my own and built software with uncompromising quality, the results would speak for themselves.

2015 — 2019
The First Company
In 2015 I incorporated Lasting Dynamics SRL, hired my first employees, and opened our first office in Naples. From that point on, the company became my masterclass: I didn't just write code — I learned to build an organisation. Development, software architecture, project management, administration, sales, pre-sales, marketing. I did it all, because building a real company means mastering every discipline.
I personally trained almost every person who worked with me. Quality is cultural — you don't enforce it with processes alone. You transmit it through standards, through code reviews, through the way you handle a deadline at 2am.
While growing Lasting Dynamics, I became the right-hand man for a growing roster of clients — from startups to SMEs to large enterprises. I managed projects for Papironet SRL, recruiting teams and delivering enterprise platforms. I led the front-end team at Intempus in Copenhagen for over four years of continuous delivery. I became the technology partner for SB Corporation in Tokyo — working directly with the president, who later wrote me a personal letter of reference.
For Brandbassador in Oslo I redesigned development workflows and built automated testing suites. And in 2019 I became shareholder and lead software architect at MindCap in Copenhagen — a Danish fintech where I proved that leadership and hands-on technical execution amplify each other. All while running Lasting Dynamics full-time.

2020 — 2021
Going Global
In 2020 I moved to Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain and opened a new office — while expanding Lasting Dynamics' presence to Norway and, by 2022, to the United Arab Emirates.
The portfolio exploded. I launched VetrinaLive as Product Owner — an e-commerce SaaS platform managed from sprint prioritisation to go-to-market. I co-founded Astrea SRL, a university spin-off with Prof. Aniello Murano (EURAMAS Vice-President), building enterprise AI solutions.
I consulted for ETH Zürich on front-end architecture and UX, and contributed as full-stack engineer for Diagnostic Biochips in Maryland — a biotech developing medical-grade diagnostics.
In 2021 I stepped fully into the CEO & Tech Lead role. That same year the Dubai Royal Family selected us as their technology partner — one of the many milestones that took Lasting Dynamics from boutique firm to award-winning global company.

From Italy to Dubai, from Europe to Asia. Wherever the challenge is, I show up.
2022 — 2023
Operating at Scale
By 2022 I was leading technology across three continents simultaneously. At GiveCorporation (formerly Givebox) in Los Angeles, I managed a team of 50+ people across UI/UX, Back-End, Front-End, QA, PM, Product, DevOps, and Data Science — running full SCRUM ceremonies and driving the technical vision for a fintech payments platform.
At the same time, I served as Tech Lead for FWD Insurance in Singapore on Omne — a digital insurance super-app with a team of circa 500 people, launched across 15 Asian countries, 5 million downloads in 3 months, and impeccable delivery despite an 8-hour timezone gap. Coordination at that scale, that speed, and that precision is something very few people have experienced firsthand.
In 2023, I layered in the commercial dimension as Chief Sales Officer at Lasting Dynamics. I took full ownership of pre-sales, public tender strategies, and international business development — personally driving €3-4M+ in annual revenue.
This meant preparing technical and economical offers for EU-funded programmes — Horizon Europe, EIC, EDF, EU4Health — and government procurements published on the TED Publication Office. Every tender, every R&D project, every strategic bid was evaluated, structured, and delivered with the same standard I apply to code.
“Quality and trust open every door.”
2024 — Today
Innovation & The Future
In 2024 I took on the role of Chief Innovation Officer at Lasting Dynamics — driving the integration of AI across every vertical we serve: fintech, healthcare, insurance, defence, and quantum technology. From intelligent automation to predictive models, AI became the accelerator embedded in everything we build.
We built predictive diagnostics pilots with nanotech organoid models, deployed real-time bolus feedback systems for diabetic patients, and became a trusted partner in over €10M of EU-funded programs. In 2025, Lasting Dynamics was selected as a software & technology supplier for NEOM — one of the world's most ambitious megaprojects.
Beyond Lasting Dynamics, I founded a real estate company and invested in properties in Las Palmas. I've invested in crypto and in spin-off ventures — RoundRush, VetrinaLive, the software engineering academy LD Academy, and Astrea SRL.
Today I manage a portfolio of companies generating over €30M+ in cumulative revenue. The group has received acquisition offers of up to €15M.
“Quality compounds.
So does trust.”
