Las Palmas de Gran Canaria has the best climate in the world, year-round sunshine, stunning beaches, and a cost of living significantly lower than mainland Europe. It's the fourth largest airport in Spain with 130 destinations — yet the luxury real estate market was still largely underdeveloped.
LD Estate was founded to capitalise on this opportunity: acquiring entire buildings, fully renovating them to luxury standards, and delivering premium apartments to international investors seeking lifestyle, residency, and returns in one of the Canary Islands' most vibrant cities.
Beyond real estate, we offer our buyers a complete investment package — including the Spanish Golden Visa programme, which grants work and residence permits for the buyer and their entire family, making LD Estate a gateway to European living.
